Can a case manager or someone else who is assisting make the request?
Yes. It is preferred that the person who is actually in need make the request but we do accept requests from those who are in a supportive role.
What information is shared with the network?
The only information that is shared with the network is what you give permission for us to share.
Does NEORRN screen requests to be sure someone qualifies for recovery housing?
No. NEORRN does not screen potential residents. We will review with you the basics of recovery housing. If you find that it is what your are looking for we will share your request.
What does “certified as meeting minimum quality standards” mean?
Some providers have been certified as meeting minimum quality standards through a voluntary process. To learn about minimum quality standards and certification visit our resource center.
What does MAT Ready* mean?
These Recovery Housing Providers have indicated that they are MAT Ready* by receiving basic MAT education, offer medication storage options and participate in stigma reduction and support of residents who are participating in any form of Medication Assisted Treatment(Vivitrol, Suboxone, Methadone).
